Jason Connell:

Whoa, just curious. Welcome to Just curious media. This is let's talk Cobra Kai. I'm Jason Connell.

Sal Rodriguez:

And I'm Sal Rodriguez.

Jason Connell:

All right, Sal, we are back for another episode.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yep. We're making our way through the season. Season Five. This is a very exciting season at this. I mean, I don't want to be repetitive right saying that this is a very exciting because we said that on the last season, we said, they're all exciting. I'm amazed how you can actually snowball. Here at season five, they haven't done the musical episode. Thankfully,

Jason Connell:

no, I have not jumped the shark. It's a great episode. And this puts us over the halfway mark. So six for to go after tonight. But tonight, there is a lot to unpack.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, this is a real meaty episode.

Jason Connell:

very meaty. But before we jump into anything, and before we even talk about our sponsor, a few shoutouts. A couple things. First off, we're getting more five star reviews. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you fans. Again, we will do another fan appreciation show where do and now we're definitely do so it might be a two parter. There's just so much to go over. But thank you for the five star reviews as they continue to come in.

Sal Rodriguez:

That's fantastic. I feel like we should have like, you know, coffee mugs or something.

Jason Connell:

Okay, I like it. Let's do it.

Sal Rodriguez:

I mean, this is a celebration, you know,

Jason Connell:

it is a celebration. Next, as I was editing, Episode Five, of course, I noticed things. I'm in post production. I get in there. And I noticed one thing Well, there's two things, but one in particular, in my notes when we were I was copying and pasting and I not forgot something. It just got omitted on my notes and I was sharing them with you. And it's a quick thing we got to point out here when Sting Ray gets the car from Terry silver, the remember the car

Sal Rodriguez:

2009 Dodge Challenger

Jason Connell:

Yes, he gets that in the trunk of said car was one personalized gi was staying res name on it, which harkens back to Miguel getting the GI from Johnny and Robbie overseeing it on the parking lot. I knew it I had it my notes. But when I like copy and paste something in it got moved or wiped out. I was like, Oh, we didn't touch on that. So great moment that obviously Stingray had increased and just I love callbacks to itself. Love, love. Love that scene.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, no, no, I missed that. I absolutely missed that.

Jason Connell:

And next there was a flip flop. And thank you to fan Tim test Rhodus on social media. So when I mentioned the song and last episode, I had mentioned a song Fonzie by the group Judas and you're like Judas Priest was like, No, it's just Judas. Because I looked it up on my Shazam. Song is Judas by Fonzie cool little flip flop since I don't know the band. I wasn't familiar. But one tidbit about this band Fonzie, the lead singer, wrestler Chris Jericho, which you probably know name. Yeah.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, yeah. Well, I mean, I'm not so cut up on current wrestlers. I'm from the, you know, Warrior era. But I know the name Chris Jericho. Absolutely. And may have an action figure. I

Jason Connell:

do. You might and I had I told him. I had it ready. Well, this is his voice that we heard in that episode. And then of course, Janeway was singing along so that's all just a quick thing.

Sal Rodriguez:

No, I like that though. I like I like those tidbits of trivia. I really

Jason Connell:

do. Oh, as do I, as do I so thank you again to our fan, Tim test. And so I'm ready to jump in. Yeah, man. Let's do it. Jason Connell:

Perfect. Okay, the company that brings us Cobra Kai is Netflix. Tada.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, what was that? Right

Jason Connell:

to dome to dome. The entire season came out on September 9 2022. We will wrap our 10th episode of the season by September 9 of 2023. Now we're almost done. This episode is season five, Episode Six or a borrows. I think that's right, or a borrows and what it means

Sal Rodriguez:

I was trying to identify if that could be either a Greek word or an Egyptian word. Word because you know how like, Ancient Egypt has the word Horus, like Horus was like an Egyptian god, right? So if a word ends with a with an S or an O S, I think either Greek or Egyptian, but what do I know? Maybe

Jason Connell:

it's both. But oroboros means a circular symbol depicting a snake swallowing its tail as an emblem of wholeness or infinity. Very fitting title for this up, so So there you have it. Another rating for this episode is 8.3 on IMDb and honestly, science. It should have been higher. This is a very, very good episode.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, I like the new characters that we meet. I think that they added like, even more of an edge I think to the show.

Jason Connell:

Absolutely. The synopsis for this episode is Terry recruits an expert in the way of the fist. Daniel walks away from a fight. And Johnny and chosen pick one and prison crease confronts old demons. Again, a lot to unpack. This isn't one of your filler episodes. This is a full plate seven course meal here so

Sal Rodriguez:

yeah, I feel like even a synopsis was a MIDI, so no. MIDI.

Jason Connell:

Yes, indeed. So let's jump into our scene by scene breakdown. Yes, we are at a private airport, which I would probably say could be van eyes. I would people fly in their private flights. A lot of celebrities have their planes there. You know what? Well, I'm sure you hear it quite often.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, I just want to be clear, I unfortunately am in the Burbank Airport flight path upon the takeoff. But I will tell you, you're more likely to see the private jets going in and out of Van eyes, but I do see the occasional private jet coming out of Burbank. And I always wonder who it is.

Jason Connell:

Well, silver pulls up not in the plane. But in a limo as a plane arrives red carpet rolls out. And so I love this score. And then I looked up the name of this particular piece, once upon a time in the valley by Leo bernburg. And Zack Robinson of course, that harkens to Quentin Tarantino's once upon a time in Hollywood, and I was gonna say this whole scene has a lot of Kill Bill elements to it. As we start to meet who exits this play.

Sal Rodriguez:

What wait, go back to that song. Is that an old song or a new song? Now? This

Jason Connell:

is the score. This is a new song. Oh, this is score this score. Okay, wonderful. And then we meet Kim Dae own played by Alicia Hannah Kim. We've talked about her before. Before the season on the official trailer. She is the granddaughter of Master Kim son young of Tang sudo, also known as the way of the fist Yes, indeed. And sow her crew including eyepatch does indeed remind me of somebody or some some people's from Kill Bill. It's fantastic.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yes, yes. I also have some Kill Bill.

Jason Connell:

Of course you do. And why wouldn't you? But as we get to know, Kim, because silver approaches, of course, this is his grand gesture. We learned that there's a potential business or she's a potential business partner with a deal that sounds very familiar to us. How And why's that deal?

Sal Rodriguez:

I didn't even think about it until you brought it up just now. The 50% of Cobra Kai very similar to the offer to Mike Barnes and Karate Kid three. I did not even think about that before

Jason Connell:

silver knows how to make one deal.

Sal Rodriguez:

That's a big offer. I mean, I mean, nobody offers 50% No business mogul out there as offering 15% So the fact that offers it. Yeah, if even that. So the fact that I like Believe me, I've seen enough episodes of Shark Tank right? But if you look at 50% You anybody who's offered that will have to go move you know they're gonna at least silver thinks he's going to be chomping at the bit if you if you offer somebody that right but no, not in this case.

Jason Connell:

Now because it's not money that interest her. Its legacy and silver pushes that on her and you could tell like your grandfather taught this great form of martial arts to American soldiers and people back in your home country, but this is a chance to put it on the map. So yeah, 50% Sure. But legacy this Tang pseudo could live on the way of the fist. And you could tell since a Kim perks up to that, and she looks apart, man. She looks great in this role, very foreboding, and the people behind her. She doesn't have to talk to them. It's like nods and her crew is like they're all in lockstep. These are all blackbelt senseis They all look tough in their own right. So this is a pretty awesome crew again, Kill Bill adjacent to me.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, yeah, bringing a team of bad guys over somewhere right? Then they used to do that and Bruce Lee movies too. Isn't that where even more Quentin Tarantino got the idea?

Jason Connell:

Oh, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. So love the same and who knows what airport they actually shot this at? I don't

Sal Rodriguez:

sure it was in Atlanta.

Jason Connell:

Atlanta. It happens. Speaking of kill Belle, there's a little bit of that. Lucy Liu. Look to her right. She's got the long braid, which has its own weapon love

Sal Rodriguez:

the break could be a weapon. Yeah, she could use that as a weapon to choke somebody. whips. I love that. Yeah,

Jason Connell:

it could be a villain and a Bond movie with that, too. So great setup. Really, this raises the stakes because Silver has to recruit somebody right Barnes is now he burned Barnes is in a furniture store down so he's out. And so he is going to recruit and of course, creases in prison because he put him there. And this is a good play. So now we're at the Russos house. And we have Johnny chosen Amanda and Sam. And it's great. It's one week later since the beating Daniel took from silver. And Daniel kind of surprises them. So I guess they've been over here like for a week, you know, by in time waiting for Daniel to heal. And he's just for works out. And he's ready to go on and just the past is the past. He's done with karate. Oh, I'm done with karate. I'm tired of hurting people. I can't even help kids. And so he's made up his mind. And that's his new stance.

Sal Rodriguez:

I like how I'm assuming this is the morning, right? He's getting coffee. Right? So this is and they're like having a powwow. Yeah, first thing How long have they been? They're sitting at a table

Jason Connell:

one week.

Sal Rodriguez:

It's almost like an episode of intervention. Yeah, exactly.

Jason Connell:

Oh, here Hey, Daniel. Hey. Well, I also love the Karate Kid callback with the sunglasses over Daniels black I

Sal Rodriguez:

miss that again. So good. Wow. Yes, of course. And then yeah, but no, Lucille had a loser.

Jason Connell:

Yeah, let me see those baby blues. Yeah, but Daniel understands why Miyagi walked away from fights. It's finally just kind of percolated within him, like, you know, cuz he used to get mad because Miyagi would not engage. But now he gets it. He's older and perspective happens with age and experience. But he's tapped out. And I don't know if he's coming back. So and they're all just like dumbfounded because they need their leader. Really?

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah. Anoosh Louie and Anushka are waiting for him. Yeah, Luzzatto. Exactly.

Jason Connell:

Yeah, so we don't go with him. We just see Daniel exit. So now or in jail, slash prison. But you do see the acronym around the CDC R which stands for

Sal Rodriguez:

California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Yep. I wonder if that's accurate. Sounds accurate, but I don't know if it is, but it sounds good.

Jason Connell:

Well, I looked up CDCR and that popped up so I went with it.

Sal Rodriguez:

So that is accurate. Yeah. Pretty accurate. Well, no, I you know, show make the shows make up fake, you know, prison systems or whatever.

Jason Connell:

So now we see crease because he is our character in prison. And he's with his granddaughter.

Sal Rodriguez:

Toro, yes. His granddaughter. I like it.

Jason Connell:

And South Tori's quite concerned in the sand. It's genuine. And she's you know, upset because Daniel was hurt and she's sharing this a crease increases this like, hey, you know, it's a casualty of war. And he's a statistic. And it's interesting to see. And to learn why Tory has stayed in Cobra Kai wasn't because Silver has promised her Tory Nichols karate. It's because she's working with crease.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, so then do we assume or do we know that Tory? does not think that crease beat up Stingray? Right? She knows it was silver. Right?

Jason Connell:

Well, yeah, I'm sure she knows the truth. He's only been honest with her as honest as Chris can be. So yes,

Sal Rodriguez:

well, yeah, we're gonna see and be a little more honest in the therapy room. Yeah, like that.

Jason Connell:

Oh, yeah. Good scenes to come. So now we're at Topanga karate. And south we see which Eagle thing student

Sal Rodriguez:

surprised to see Devin Lee Devin pleasantly surprised to see definitely yeah,

Jason Connell:

Eagle things defunct. So Devin does jumps into Topanga karate. Now, she didn't talk about this with least not on camera, and Mitch and Bert at the water park. But maybe she hadn't joined yet. Maybe that was pre Topanga karate. But quick fun fact on Devon Lee played by una O'Brien. I looked her up when she came on the scene. You know, last season, however, I'm gonna mention it here because she's becoming more and more of a focal of the show. Sure. She is the daughter of Ed O'Brien who is a member of Radiohead huge band. So just a shout out so that's, you know, she is of music royalty. And I just figured, now's the time to lay that trivia on our fans who don't already know.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, to be fair, and transparent. I'm not a fan of Radiohead. I don't really know this podcast is over. No, I mean, I don't listen to Radiohead, but who cares? They're huge. Radiohead is huge. And they're absolutely. So you're a fan?

Jason Connell:

Yeah, I love them. Yeah. Okay, so it looks like Topanga karate is under new management. Oh, yeah. As silver arrives with Cobra Kai crew in tow. And since a Rosenthal who runs Topanga karate, is not quite sure this is the deal that they struck at Shabbat services the other day, which is fantastic backstory.

Sal Rodriguez:

I liked that because it never occurred to me. I mean, I guess traditionally, I would assume silver was a Jewish last name, but I never related that to Terry silver like it never I never thought about it. until this very moment. I'd like to. I guess we know we now learn officially that Terry Silver's Jewish.

Jason Connell:

Yep. Or at least he goes to Shabbat. So there you go. But then he also and this is all news to since a Rosenthal nuisance as are taking over, there's going to be cheaper membership fees, cheaper produce better GIS, so it's all changing very fast. And since a Kim, who we met in the opening scene, of course, and since a one you are going to take over. He also looks pretty tough. He's got the blonde hair, probably bleached, but it's a cool look for him. And they're going to run class and since a Odell is going to hand out the GI so basically, if you're in you want to make this transformation and go from Topanga to Cobra Kai. You just go take a GI

Sal Rodriguez:

or you can say no and then grab a sports bottle. Yeah,

Jason Connell:

head right out. Yeah. Because the Dipika karate gear sellin flash sale. It's super cheap. But quick, fun fact. Since a Odell is played by former UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley. Now, so do you know of Tyron Woodley?

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh, absolutely. Yeah, I'm well versed in Tyron Woodley. In fact, recently he fought Jake Paul, as a matter of fact, I'm pretty certain. Jake Paul. Yes. Yeah, it might have been the second time. I think he's fought him now twice, if I'm not mistaken, but so what happened was Tyron Woodley was training to fight Jake Paul, as he was shooting this series. Oh, which I always think is a bad idea. You know, traditionally, I've seen that whenever fighters are in production on something. Yeah. And this goes back to the rampage. Jackson, era of UFC and pride as well. Whenever the fighter is filming stuff, not good. It's there is not good. So in other words, you you gotta be you gotta be focused.

Jason Connell:

So you probably recognize him right away. I did not looked it up. I was shocked. That's cool. But I won the fight. So Paul one.

Sal Rodriguez:

Jake Paul one. Okay. Got it. Yeah.

Jason Connell:

Well, I also love Silver's parting line. Shalom sensei. was fantastic. Yeah.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, you know what it also shows because you know, that that shows me as a viewer and as a student of human culture, is we learn Terry Silver's Jewish, so I go, Oh, he was that Shabbat service. But then five minutes later, we realize he doesn't care about his Judaism. You know what I mean? Like he's willing, just like, swindle somebody. Yeah, at the surface is like he doesn't he's not a religious person. Terry silver is just pure evil, all the way. While we knew that, so we definitely aren't. Well, yeah. But you know, if we're like, oh, well, like why would they introduce a religious aspect of Terry silver, but then he himself just kind of denounces it in the same scene from my perspective.

Jason Connell:

Well, before we leave this scene, Kim has Tory stay and help train she wants to push the all Valley champion to the max. So now we're back at the Russos house, chosen Johnny, Amanda and Sam. And so I love Johnny's reaction to Daniel earlier before he left

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, Johnny says no b there is one thing but Larissa letting silver win.

Jason Connell:

Yeah, I love the call back to no be there. Fantastic. Goes back to the he also used it after Daniel beat up the whole hockey team. Hey man, we're WHERE ARE YOU? Oh nobody they're so good, right? Yes, you did so good. Well then Amanda calls silver a walking oil spill. I guess the slicked back hair the Pat Riley that what's going on there? Oh, I

Sal Rodriguez:

didn't take it as that I took it as like, he's an environmental disaster like, you know,

Jason Connell:

Sue from? Yeah, that's

Sal Rodriguez:

what I thought she back in the Karate Kid. Yeah, it could have been it could have been a slicked back could have been

Jason Connell:

could have been anything. And then we learned that we already know this but they're learning silver and Cobra Kai are growing. And Sal Sam shares what on her phone with the group.

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh, she has Silva live on Instagram, at Topanga karate so he's doing like a live Instagram feed? Yep. I didn't know you could do that. Oh, yeah.

Jason Connell:

Yeah. But he's taken over right then and there. And so Johnny's like, he's there. So he wants to go fight. Right. One Man Army. But what's better than a one man army? Well, a two man army I guess. Chosen wants to join him. And a man is like, someone I met cuz she's trying to calm him down. Like you can't just go fight him. So John is locked in. But so I love that Johnny wants to make sure that chosen knows it's not going to be a kind of competition if they go there together. Of which chosen says

Sal Rodriguez:

hi. And in Japanese height is yes. But Johnny takes getting used to

Jason Connell:

is that a yes. He doesn't know Jolson's frustrated. And they're out the door. This is the new Louis and Anoosh. We have another great comedy duo happening here.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, and they both get to Oh, retroactively hate on Daniel.

Jason Connell:

Oh, yeah. Well, there's a great scene coming in a minute with more of them. So now we're back in jail. And we're in the cafeteria. And crease is getting his mail. You've seen this seen in so many prison movies and shows you know you get in line and get into a meal. But so what happens?

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, getting your chow chow in. Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm gonna ask how I know that. So yeah, they come over and tease the Sensei, and Jack them for his jello.

Jason Connell:

They do. It's Gabriel and crew. Big Bad Guy. Always a big guy in prison, right? He's gonna

Sal Rodriguez:

say how do we know his name's Gabriel? Well, I

Jason Connell:

looked it up. But anyway, okay. Nobody

Sal Rodriguez:

addressed him as Gabriel. Okay. See, right. At this point, he sees thug number one at this point.

Jason Connell:

Exactly. And not just jogging for this jello. They want like the red yellow. They'll best.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, well, that is the best jello. Let's face it. There's no other jello besides what other jello is good besides the Red

Jason Connell:

Book, and I haven't had jello in 20 years, so I don't know. I'm out of touch with my jello.

Sal Rodriguez:

You know what? Jello is made out of rain. I don't remember. You don't want to know. It's made out of like, like something with like horse bones or something like yeah, something horrible. It is our new spawn but it is delicious. I do I do like a nice jello cup with a little dab of whipped cream though. I'll take it. You'll get that like hometown buffet or something.

Jason Connell:

I did like Jello pudding pops. But that's different. That was a different. So now we're still in jail. But we've now shifted to therapy and creases calm and very kind sound as he lays it on thick to Dr. Emily Folsom. Now I thought her last name was particularly interesting. Because Hello Why do I miss all this the name of a famous prison in fact, Johnny Cash as the song named

Sal Rodriguez:

Folsom Prison Blues one of my favorite Karaoke Songs. Hello, how did I miss this?

Jason Connell:

Or you didn't give us a little rendition if you will.

Sal Rodriguez:

I'm stuck in Folsom Prison. I don't know. And I ain't seen the sun shines inside. I don't know when that's why I like karaoke because you need the words. I need the word.

Jason Connell:

Anyway, this is great because it's typical crease and we'll come back to the same that's all we get right now. We go back to Topanga karate and students are pairing up. And I should say today a karate is being morphed into Cobra Kai. So right here right now. But Devon's alone no one's paired up with her, but Tory wants to help. And South Devon is resistant to joining Cobra Kai, but she recently just bailed or at least left because they were defunct Eagle Fang and literally just joined Topanga karate. So it's funny that her allegiance is like Well, yeah, but I don't know about this Cobra Kai, but this leads to a kind of semi heated exchange between Tori and Devin.

Sal Rodriguez:

Way bye Pick up one second. Jason, you brought up a very good point when we were at the waterpark, and Devin was there with Burton Mitch. Yep. Did we know what Dojo Devin belong to at the helm? And we're just hanging

Jason Connell:

out like that wasn't Dojo at the waterpark day all dojos welcome. But no, there was no talk of karate per se that I remember. You know that debate came

Sal Rodriguez:

at a time she could have been from she could have been into pegar karate at that kind

Jason Connell:

of ban or she could have been waiting for her first class. But she does have a nice key and she was a black belt but you know that you can be transferred in like, were you a black belt at your own dojo? Okay, you could be a black belt here. Some would make you test but that's a whole other discussion because on this show, you know, belt there. Everyone's either white or black. There's no inventory. Yeah, Hartley.

Sal Rodriguez:

I do like Devon's bougie I like the blue. A nice blue

Jason Connell:

Topanga karate in the past. In fact, that's where Xavier stone was from his Anderson. They had the blue keys. Sandra stone was a champion. His mother was all in her blue game or face paint, remember? Yeah, so yeah, they have a champion. They have an ex champion at Topanga karate. So you know they're on the lookout for Wait

Sal Rodriguez:

a second. If we establish a Xander stone from Topanga karate Why wasn't he in this episode?

Jason Connell:

Well, he lost the last Valley and he probably that's probably his what not the last one before the last one. When Miguel wanted the first all valid for Cobra Kai the show. And I guess maybe he's over 18. Now. We've never seen him again. And he was quite good.

Sal Rodriguez:

But wait, so you're saying I just want to be clear. Sometimes you gotta really idiot proof it for me? Topanga karate has a former all Valley champ. Yeah. Wow. Okay, that's pretty huge. I think that's a big deal. I think so maybe we should have seen the trophy in the background, then.

Jason Connell:

Well, yeah, go back and watch the scene again. Let's see. Let's see if we see it.

Sal Rodriguez:

I'm gonna look for them. So Tori and Devin have a little back and forth, which I liked their back and forth. I like seeing the two together. Yeah. Tori says, Why are you in that gi I don't think you have what it takes to join Cobra Kai. And Devin says, I'm still deciding whether your dojo has what it takes to earn me as a student. And Tory says, guess you've got to kick your ass the tournament. Devin replies, please, that ref was blind. He gave you a point when I was at a bounce. Oh, is that actually true? Oh, isn't that true?

Jason Connell:

So I was gonna ask you perhaps we need to reexamine that fight as well was the ref already fell on points her away Tories? Why not that she would have needed she could best. Obviously, Devon, however, in a tournament, anything can happen, right? It's why they play the games. It's why they fight the fights. You'd never know.

Sal Rodriguez:

I feel like Devon could. There was like a little moment where Devin could have said, Please that roof was blind. It's like he was paid off or something. And then like, you can see Tori like guilt. Yeah. Yeah, there was like a little I think a little window there for the veterans that they wanted to.

Jason Connell:

That would have been really funny. Well, then they bond they go from bickering to bonding over their mothers. Because we learned that Devon's passed away due to cancer and she's mad and has all this inner rage for that, rightfully so. And Tori's mother's sick as we've seen, it's very well documented. We don't know what's wrong with her. We've never even really seen her besides kind of from afar in a room. Exactly. And Tories tells her tells Devon to use the anger. Then essentially, it's time to go against one another because this is how this class works. And since a cam is Get everyone fired up and go from tutoring to tormenting one another, essentially, the Cobra Kai way.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, well, they go next level, but I do believe in the iron sharpens iron approach. I agree. Yeah. But yeah, since I came as a way to learn more and more she, yeah, yeah, she's cool. She's a mini Silva.

Jason Connell:

So now we're at the Topanga karate slash Cobra. Kai parking lot. And chosen and Johnny. Walk up and Johnny's drinking Of course, I should say yes. Great.

Sal Rodriguez:

That's how he prepares for a fight. Yeah.

Jason Connell:

This out. I do love this scene so much as they reminisce about Daniel.

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh, yeah. This is the scene where they go down memory lane. Yeah, I like this. I like this a lot. They have a they can both bond over their past. Hatred for Daniel. Yeah, that's pretty funny.

Jason Connell:

Johnny's saying that a tell you that I beat him up in high school there. I pushed him down a cliff, which I was thinking a cliff on his bike that wasn't really a cliff. It was kind of a hillside big hill and they didn't go very far. That bike was also didn't go very far if you watch the movie again, but of course it gets destroyed. And then Johnny also shares that Daniel beat up a whole hockey team one day, and then of course chosen talks about how he saw Daniel save a girl on a typhoon so it pivots to you know, fly Battery. And of course that was Do you remember?

Sal Rodriguez:

That was Yoona? Who wait a second? What's her real name?

Jason Connell:

And real life? Tracy? Yeah. To Gucci.

Sal Rodriguez:

Okay, well hang on what's chosen last name? I said his sister. Is that will we're learning right now that the girl that that was rescued by by Daniel in Karate Kid two was chosen at least relative

Jason Connell:

that would make chosen a bigger coward in the eyes of all, but that's her real name. Oh, so you're taking it like, yeah, that's her name name. All right. You're confusing me. But it's like they took a fixture. Yeah, exactly.

Sal Rodriguez:

Good night, folks.

Jason Connell:

Now, maybe she's on set. And they say Hey, What's your last name to Gucci? That's great. That will work for chosen character. I don't know how that works. It's a big coincidence. For sure.

Sal Rodriguez:

It is. It is a coincidence. It is a coincidence. Yeah.

Jason Connell:

So I guess the question would be did chosen have a last name and the movie because sometimes they don't do that. Like we recently learned Raymond's last name Porter. Right. But they didn't call him that before. We recently learned a man his last name. Stein diner, so we didn't have it before. So sometimes shows to say now now here's this tidbit. So

Sal Rodriguez:

well, heck, look at all the stuff with Miyagi is first name. I mean, geez. So yeah, yeah, they gotta work all this stuff out.

Jason Connell:

So just a quick look up in the midst of our show. And the credit card, part two, it's just chosen as I thought so it could have been let's tie this together to a real person. We love the last name. We'll use it. Well, I we went down a rabbit hole on that. So that was not planned, but I do love that the LORUSSO legend is just boiling over.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, he's like, he's like Paul Bunyan, Paul,

Jason Connell:

but it reminded me though, right away of the SNL skit, the bill Brasky skit you ever see those skits? I don't think so nice guy sitting around, you never see Bill Brasky but it's like three guys in a barn. They're like, Bill Brasky to Bill Brasky. And like, they'd say things like, he taught me how to love a woman and how to scold a child, Bill Brasky and the legend was just huge. It went on for many seasons. So I was like, Oh my gosh, this is what it's tied into any more of this scene and we would have gotten some more highlights from this too. But as they approach to pink a karate now we see a Cobra Kai banner, which was fast to get that out there. It's basically been whitewashed if Topanga

Sal Rodriguez:

but what has like they just showed up with the banner right? They showed. In fact, while Silva was inside firing Rosenthal, it was they should have had guys you could have seen guys a truck. That would have been funny.

Jason Connell:

But what happens as they get closer to the dojo?

Sal Rodriguez:

Well as they get closer, where there's a class going on Johnny spots, Devon Yep. And but Johnny wants to keep going. Right? That's, he's

Jason Connell:

dead. He's ready to go.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, he in fact, that makes him want to go in more when he sees Devon. Yeah, that's right. I forgot about that. But then chosen like, hey, let's wait for for silver to come right. That doesn't say something like, go into a den of lions get eaten? Yeah.

Jason Connell:

So we got to wait. And so Johnny's okay with that. He's okay with that. So now we're back in jail. And we're increases sell and he gets a letter. You know, that's what happens in jail. You get books delivered with contraband hidden in there and you get letters. And so this is his recommendation for early release letter and sound kinda reminds me of the parole scenes with red and the Shawshank Redemption. Yeah, great stuff. He's always going in and getting denied and denied he's trying to say the right things

Sal Rodriguez:

he's trying to say the right size exact rehabilitated.

Jason Connell:

Yeah, no, I but then he finally goes in and doesn't give a damn and he gets paroled but so he opens this letter up and what happens well, it

Sal Rodriguez:

appears to be a denial letter right up because by his reaction crumbles it up throws it in the toilet Yeah, that's good place for ya. Can make prison wine out of denial letter but yeah, why would he did he throw it in the toilet but I just noticed also it appears crease has maybe his own cell if he had a roommate they didn't show

Jason Connell:

Yeah, mate. We don't see anyone else yet not roommate so and we do see a crease then hunt down Dr. Folsom so this is not a max security prison I mean they're in there but they can kind of free flow go in and out of their room that the doctors not on lockdown from them it's more like the show oranges a new black but for men, right? They can kind of come and go they can move their way around the satellite. Okay, open the cell. It's not Shawshank

Sal Rodriguez:

no minimum security prison instead of maximum security prison probably So he's

Jason Connell:

chasing her down and he's pleading with her. And we cut away. And now we're at Cobra Kai used to be to paying a karate. And since a Kim shares her students toughness, she's talking about her students back in her home country, and how tough she was and how they trained. And sow, it's now Tory verse, Devon and this new drill, because they're gonna go head to head. And please describe this drill for us.

Sal Rodriguez:

They put a box in the middle of the dojo, sort of like one of those boxes that you jump onto like they have at the gym, I think is one of those. Yeah, workout box. They put it down there. They put a stick there. And they tell Devin to pick up the stick. This is like I'm thinking this thing is like an ancient this is like one of those ancient practices. I don't I couldn't imagine any Dojo actually doing something like this today. But since it Kim says to Devon pick up that stick, tells Tori do not let her pick up the stick. And it was a very interesting, I just kept thinking they're going to just slam their shin into that box. And when I kept imagining,

Jason Connell:

I think the other sensei gave him the instructions. But oh, with the bleached blonde hair. Yeah, exactly. We come back to him. He has more in this episode, for sure. So yeah, interesting. Very barbaric scene I like it. One person reaches in. It's like you're stopping them at all, you know, no holds barred. You're stopping them the best you can. And it's the way the fist here is what we're seeing.

Sal Rodriguez:

And you have to fight somebody with essentially like a small table in between you. Exactly. Yeah, very cumbersome.

Jason Connell:

So Tories kind of feel that out and probably looks down on Devon like you know, I'm all Valley champ. Well, Devon grabs and then Brax right. And then since a cam says

Sal Rodriguez:

the weight of the fist means you do not hold back. You do not go easy. Or is this what it means in America to be a champion.

Jason Connell:

So now it's round two. And Devon grabs for the stick and Tory kicks her and it's a good fight actually. Tory kicks Devon's hand when she grabs it, she kicks her in the face, Devon then finally after this back and forth, it's really good. Like Devin jumps over the thing. So she's really come up the ranks in martial arts, I gotta say, and she grabs the stick. But then Tory kicks the stick out of her hand and then kicks her in the chest. Although I guess technically Devon one, but Tory bested her. And since a cam is proud

Sal Rodriguez:

Devin did get the stick. So she officially won but Toria What was that kind of fighting dirty? That's right. If she got a stick it's over officially. Just the way the fist so that's fine. A little dirty a little. Yeah, there you go.

Jason Connell:

But what is since a cam say this time,

Sal Rodriguez:

good. Strength determination. That is the way of the fist. Yes. Nothing less. Remember that.

Jason Connell:

The other Sensei, by the way, since they want you. So yeah, she beats up her own. Since a Kim very proud. That's how it works.

Sal Rodriguez:

To me that was a fight fan. The equivalent of punching someone after the bell. Exactly right. encouraged her. Yeah, not good.

Jason Connell:

So now we're back in jail. And this is a really good an interesting scene and such an original scene for this show. But we're back in therapy. Dr. Folsom is working with crease again. And a little upset because Chris is pulling a Goodwill Hunting a matt damon when he showed up for therapy that one time with Robin Williams his character and didn't talk the whole time. Just watch the clock. Well Chris is not talking he's pouting and Dr. foursomes pushing them but then things shift south as crease taps into a painful memory

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, a very interesting scene unlike any other on the show right at all. No no scene has been

Jason Connell:

no I've never seen this and I can go through the beats here because it was just like wait a second what? So in place of Dr. Folsom as we see crease look back as POV Betsy doll face appears. Yeah. And we really learned this was the love of Chris's life. And we knew that but to hear it here is really unique. So he's sharing this to Dr. Folsom but we're seeing these visions and it's powerful. And then Captain Turner appears.

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh yeah. Laughing

Jason Connell:

at creases efforts to train kids and these dojos right. He was always been needled by Captain Turner, and then silver appears. And questions creases anger. Because he is he's angry. He's always trying to blame somebody. And then Tory appears and questions if crease has any regrets. And then it keeps going. So and this was the big one. This is like next next next level, the Karate Kid version of Johnny appears in the red jacket. And this is like that Benjamin Button Tron Legacy kind of technology. Maybe it was maybe it wasn't. But actually this is an actor Logan coffee playing young Johnny, but it also had to be enhanced in ways because Sal, it looks like Johnny and the Karate Kid and even sounds like him. It's crazy.

Sal Rodriguez:

Wait a second. Wait a second. Jason. This wasn't one of those deep fakes.

Jason Connell:

That's what I thought but this person logon coffee I looked it up played young Johnny so that maybe it's positive lots of things.

Sal Rodriguez:

Interesting. Okay. So hang on. I want to see what Logan coffee really looks like then you didn't really look like a young

Jason Connell:

Wow. Yeah. Or you could just go back to me and Halloween when I had my gear by longer hair. I could have easily done this 10 years ago, if the show had existed, but he shares this younger Johnny shares crease wanted students, all of his students to be like him, increase his hearing this like No, no, I did. He's denying that doesn't want them to be like him. He wants him to be better. And then the current Johnny appears and here's Chris's response. So it's just constantly churning in a very effective way I have to say, and then now we're back to Dr. Folsom. And she says, What cuz she's pushing him more.

Sal Rodriguez:

I know you can be better than the person you've become. He's locked inside you somewhere deep.

Jason Connell:

And then young crease appears. Oh my gosh, we love this kid. He was in the diner. He was in love a doll face. He was in the war. He beat Captain Turner he saved silver this particular version of crease. And he says to himself what?

Sal Rodriguez:

Wow. Yes to himself. After Dr. Folsom says he's locked inside you somewhere deep. You increase response. Just have to find him.

Jason Connell:

Wow. That's a great see. Ah,

Sal Rodriguez:

I really love the scene a lot. I really did. But what I wanted was some two shots there were no like I wanted a two shot. Older crease and younger crease. That would have been amazing. What you couldn't get them on the same shoot day What the heck, but otherwise an amazing scene.

Jason Connell:

It absolutely was. So now we're back to Cobra Kai, the Topanga branch just to be clear, not at the flagship. And Gianni and chosen finally enter. I don't know if they thought they saw silver cell it was just time to enter. But they don't find silver. But they do have an encounter with since a young Whoo. And this goes south in a hurry. To say the least.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well hang on. So they waited for the class to disperse all the students to leave. I don't know if you don't see that over.

Jason Connell:

I guess he didn't talk to Devin. Right? Yeah, I didn't say anything.

Sal Rodriguez:

And then as what like this senseis like putting stuff away? Yep. Then that's when they

Jason Connell:

checked the adult classes on Wednesday. That was funny. But a great fight emerges Sal.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, well almost. Almost not a fair fight. Right. Wasn't a two on one at one point.

Jason Connell:

Yeah, no, because since a yawn who is quite talented and has trained in the way of the fist his whole life He's tough. He's a fierce foe and it takes both of them Johnnie and chosen at the end of it they're like back to back Double Dragon style. And then they kick him one last time they best him he's not dead or knocked out but he's down and they've gotten the best of him. Of course that's when since a Kim and team arrive and so I love how she immediately knows who chosen is because he's got the same last name as Yuna and, and she also thinks Johnny is Daniel which I thought was hilarious

Sal Rodriguez:

apparently she's never seen any Lusso auto commercials not

Jason Connell:

at all nothing wow it's a guy yeah that was you've healed so so fast it's quite impressive but chosen sees the odd sell it seven onto and he Johnny retreat, fight another day. Live to fight another day.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, yeah, as badass as chosen is that you don't two versus seven. Yeah. If you're putting sensei Kim in there too, right? Yes, she is a sensei. So, okay, so that's seven senseis against Johnny and chosen to senseis

Jason Connell:

know, that have been tough. So now there's a aerial shot in the valley always love these. And we're at Cobra Kai, to be clear, the mothership, the flagship not to ping a karate. And Sal who arrives.

Sal Rodriguez:

Devon arrives walking in. And by the way, I'm enjoying the shot of this location. They got treadmills they got dummies. They got neon lights. Yes. Yeah. This is a nice place. I like nice workout places like that. I really do.

Jason Connell:

You should get a job here at this Cobra Kai dojo.

Sal Rodriguez:

If they would hire me.

Jason Connell:

I like it. free classes. So sounds good. Torian Devon talk. Because tours. Okay, now you're joining Cobra Kai. And then silver walks up. Now Mrs. Lee, it's great to see you once you go get checked in. And then Devon exits. And since a Kim joins, and there's a little bit of an exchange here. And Tory, basically is talking about Dev and saying she failed the test. She ran away. So after that, we didn't know this until now Devin got up and bail out and didn't take him says

Sal Rodriguez:

the test was not for her. It was for you. I wanted to see how much strength you had in your heart to accomplish what you need to do. And what's that? And then silver comes in something greater than you could ever imagine.

Jason Connell:

Oh my gosh, if he had like a handlebar mustache, he'd be spinning. Dr. David Hill style. So now we're back to the Russos house. Johnny chosen Amanda and Sam. The usual gang is here. And yeah, at the intervention and Johnny mentioned Silver's international ringers, you know, he's got these guys. They don't fight fair, as of Johnny fights fair, and then chosen shares, just how tough Tang pseudo, how tough their senseis are, because he's like, he is fought and beaten six senses in the valley. No problem. But it took him and Johnny to get the best of this one. So there's seven of them currently. So there's a concern.

Sal Rodriguez:

Hang on, Jason. It just occurred to me you mentioned this a few moments ago about Yeah, chosen as a Sensei, where his students chosen needs to recruit some Okinawan students, you guys own students conceivably to La bring them up, just shuttle them over here.

Jason Connell:

The valley a lot of bloodshed is going to happen in the valley. But so I love how Johnny thinks if all he needs is some nunchucks. And it slides out in the way he thinks of things, you know, nunchucks he's got it. Seven senses, whatever.

Sal Rodriguez:

I'd like to see Johnny with a pair of nunchucks we've never gotten to see that right now. That'd be fun.

Jason Connell:

I do have a pair here. I'll bust him out some recording. Yeah. Bring them to the nose down the hall. Yeah. So then, Sam, Samantha speaks up with some very inspiring words.

Sal Rodriguez:

Dad was right. Mr. Miyagi avoided a fight whenever possible. But he also fought when he had to. And if you were here right now, I think he would tell dad that this is a fight we can't walk away from. And then Amanda says, well, Daniel may not have Mr. Miyagi to rely on anymore, but he's got us. Wow. Whoa, look at that a man is on board.

Jason Connell:

Absolutely. Yeah. So now we're back to jail. Increases cell, no cellmate around that I saw Noah and he is attacked by Gabriel and crew.

Sal Rodriguez:

I hope none of our listeners ever wind up in jail. But if you ever wind up in jail or effectively prison, you cannot let anybody jack you take your stuff. No steal from you right in front of you and you do nothing. You can't do it. You have to fight that first time. Otherwise it will keep going on not unlike a high school bully, right? Not unlike that. The bullies continue and imprison worse

Jason Connell:

happened to Shawshank to which by the way, I've given a few shout outs that movie on this episode. I actually went on the tour I visited the Shawshank Redemption. What I did it it's an Ohio prison. I went in the prison Mansfield, Ohio, I was coming back. Is it a working person? No, but it was for a long time. Wow. But as you drive up and it was eerie that day, it was raining. And I was driving cross country. And it was on my radar. And I drove up and it was like oh my god, it was very spooky. And I went in into the self tour because I didn't know forever. And I was running around taking photos. There's all these things from the movie. It is just mind blowing. Did you get to go into a cell? Well, yeah, there was lots of things you did. I mean, even Brooks in the movie, remember how he went and got the apartment? And then he hung himself, right? Remember Brooks? Who couldn't adjust in the world, the world wouldn't have gotten too damn fast. Sure, his apartment was cheated. It's in the prison. They did that there because they had the location. So I was I turned a corner. It's like, Wait a second. That was here too. Now he's walking around a real town but when he went into his apartment that was also here. It was amazing. So let me tell you one other tidbit. When I was at the Mystic Film Festival, one of the directors just recently, I met William Sadler, who was in Shawshank Redemption. He's one of the prisoners that befriends read and Tim Robbins and and to do frame so I met him and we talked about the movie and talked about me going there because he's not been there since the movie. And we he was giving me all these little tidbits. So yeah, big fan. There's some Shawshank knowledge.

Sal Rodriguez:

You know what? I almost feel like Shawshank deserves a let's talk movie. Oh man. Absolutely. Because I feel like Shawshank has transcended itself. Like I like Shawshank but I'm not like one of these guys who love Shawshank and yet I say all the time get busy living or get busy dying boom. I say that and I believe that and

Jason Connell:

on this episode it just there was those moments that just akin to Shawshank so I better bring it up right so there you go that's fantastic. And he's taking this beating but so what happens because things pivot

Sal Rodriguez:

oh wait now I lost my place. Well, crease

Jason Connell:

becomes young.

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh, the young crease Oh, I thought that was pretty crazy. Yeah, I liked it. I liked it a lot.

Jason Connell:

And he takes them all out. Yes. And the inmates are chanting since now guess who's running prison old John Korea was

Sal Rodriguez:

so good and he goes and even though was just gonna say we see the young crease take out all these guys but that was old crease take out because

Jason Connell:

he becomes current crease modern day yes in the moment. Wow. And then he demands what from them.

Sal Rodriguez:

I liked that. He has Gabriel by his collar and and now he says and I'll be taking your jello from now on. I like that you give me your jello mofo

Jason Connell:

I drink your jello. So now what Miyagi dough man leading to this same this is a great one and Amanda takes Daniel to Miyagi dough. And this is incredibly powerful sell this scene and not only to Miyagi del but to Mr. Miyagi. He's room. Yeah, Daniel's like Well, no, I don't go in here. We don't go in here. But Amanda is leading him here with purpose. Yeah, and he opens the door and it's essentially a time capsule and that's what he says. Now we start to see little remnants. Mr. Miyagi is life Daniels life bonsai tree in the corner, probably the bonsai from the Karate Kid part three, but at least one that was very sacred.

Sal Rodriguez:

Oh, I hope it wasn't that one that special warm, maybe leave it there

Jason Connell:

maybe exactly are maybe the one that Daniel nurtured one of the original ones that he gave him I don't know. Whatever it was, it was significant. And then we see the photo of Mrs. Miyagi, right. Oh, photo. Oh, that wasn't Kumiko know the framed photo of miss his wife. Yeah, when he tells the story, you know, lost her and,

Sal Rodriguez:

uh, hang on Jason Are these like props from the movie or recreations or look,

Jason Connell:

I don't know what they are, but they're working for me. I call them authentic. Well, just a quick tidbit. We've never talked about this. But the person posing as Mrs. Miyagi is an AU schita and there's photos of wire and John G. Appleton online. I was like, Are you kidding me? So yeah, shout out their props. That is amazing. Wow, they had to get that photo from somewhere right? It wasn't just in the frame that they bought.

Sal Rodriguez:

Well, because you know why we may well obviously we're not going to meet this actress but if they ever do a Miyagi spin off, they're gonna go and we're gonna meet this character shows and since she was young, and Taguchi Yes.

Jason Connell:

And then if that's not enough, we see the classic paint house note

Sal Rodriguez:

that have we seen that before? Oh, yeah, he left it for him. He left that note for

Jason Connell:

him and he shows up that day and he's mad because oh yeah, Shane, but he still did the work. It was that night if I'm not mistaken that it all came to light. The that's when the memory quantumly pretty sure it was that night but amazing. Well, this leads to Amanda's greatest speech in the series thus far and her album, so Yeah, amazing. She really got the shine here. And she

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, yeah, we haven't seen this side of Amanda.

Jason Connell:

Know before, right? She's taking him here to rehabilitate him to remind him the path that he's on. And he's just afraid right now. He's retreated. Wow.

Sal Rodriguez:

Yeah, this is very special. She essentially took Daniel back home, back home, took them back home where it all started.

Jason Connell:

This was home long before Amanda was around and she even says for her before she gives this great speech. She says that she came to this very house and probably this very room to see Mr. Miyagi before they got married. And she was scared and Mr. Miyagi made her tea and gave her some Saki. Yes. And this gave her some wisdom. And then she shares this out and please take it away.

Sal Rodriguez:

He loved you so much, Daniel. He said to me, Amanda son, in life, it's always easier to hide head and sand. He told me you could be a bit of a handful sometimes, that you would always fight for what you believed in. And there was nothing you believed in more than your family and friends. And what I believe in now is standing up to Terry silver. It's the right thing to do for you. For me, for our family. Sorry, it took me so long to realize. Oh, she's on board, man. Yes. And Daniel. Yeah, Daniel needed this.

Jason Connell:

He needed it. And he's an OT. And I'm telling you so when I watched the scene again, for notes, I was tearing up because it's you did a great job. By the way. I don't know if I could have made it through this. But it's powerful. And just the ambiance, the lighting of this room. This is a very sacred room and a very sacred place,

Sal Rodriguez:

a healing moment for Daniel. It's a museum

Jason Connell:

and I've always said the original Mr. Miyagi, his house and Canoga Park, that one was demolished. How do we know? That would be a museum today? Had we known it would have been saved, but I know that I am shooting it there. I get that, but that would have been hung on to. But Daniel hearing this, he says, that means the world to me, Amanda. But what if standing up to silver just makes things worse again, every time I try to fight for what's right, somebody gets hurt. I can't fail these kids again. So you can tell what's going on with him. He's nervous. He's scared. He doesn't want to make any more, you know, missteps along the way. But I don't know where what she needed this to sell. He needed this. Do we hear Robbie, off camera? And he chimes in, you know how he didn't fail him? How Daniel was right about Cobra Kai, and it needs to be stopped and how he's mentoring someone else now and only solid in doing so how he's been almost possessed by the dark side. It's very Star Wars, right? Yeah, you get a little possess and then you start to not be yourself and make bad decisions bully others. And then we see Sam there. So it's Robbie, Sam and Amanda and they're leading Daniel outside and from their cell what happens?

Sal Rodriguez:

They walk outside the doors open to reveal all Miyagi dough Eagle Fang students, they're all They're everywhere. And even Anthony LORUSSO

Jason Connell:

love Miguel Ely Demetri everybody's there who's not in Cobra Kai. Wait, Dimitri was there while there was so many to take it I'm assuming he was there and it was a lot of

Sal Rodriguez:

fun. I remember seeing well tree but maybe he shouldn't. He shouldn't be there. Yeah, you should have been there but no, you know what, he was probably out geeking you know,

Jason Connell:

but Sam basically is asking him to join them. Join this fight. And much as that one season ended, that was Daniel and Johnny forming co senseis. To lead and we hear the cover of the Phil Collins song, right? That was so powerful. I love that I loved it. This is a higher note in a lot of ways, because Daniel doesn't speak. But he does join John and chosen the three headed senseis and they bow into the students and all bow nothing said because it's already been said There's no this isn't a time for rah rah. This is coming together. This is our leader and let's go claim the valley so amazing it's amazing

Sal Rodriguez:

I can appreciate Daniels thoughts though earlier about you know making things worse you know somebody getting hurt yeah there's a lot to consider here but you're going to be taking a risk fighting Terry silver, obviously but now you have a united front and you have a lot of people on your side now definitively

Jason Connell:

and it's time to fight. It is time to fight all roads lead here and sometimes and Mr. Miyagi knows this as Sam said earlier, sometimes you have to fight I mean, listen, Mr. Miyagi went along with all Valley when he knew it's time to fight. Right Mr. Miyagi went along with all Valley and Karate Kid part three, which is a watered down version of all valley, but it was time to fight. So there's a time and place and it's unfortunate, but it's a reality and silver will answer to nothing else. So I love it. This is such a big moment in season five as we have four more waiting for a sale because this concludes this episode strong and just want to hang out here. I want to like savor the moment because this is really great to see. As you said, a unified front.

Sal Rodriguez:

I love it. Yeah, and I love seeing Miguel and Robbie standing next to each other. Yes, yes. They're

Jason Connell:

essentially brothers now. And lots of ways.

Sal Rodriguez:

Wow. Wait a second. Do they know about the baby? Yeah, here. They know about Yeah, that's it yeah. Okay, so this is a very good moment and you know what the problem was good moments, so they're gonna end everything's really good right now.

Jason Connell:

That's why I want to hang out here. I don't want to go back and revisit Episode Seven just yet. All we're missing is karma. And Rosa in the bow.

Sal Rodriguez:

We're gonna have a Rossa worth or Billy the Kid outfit.

Jason Connell:

So that's all we got. So that's a great one man. Loved it so fun to go down this path with you and for more to go my man for
